From the Sample Squad homepage click on Review Sample for the product that you have sampled.

How do I change my mailing address?
Go to My Account and update your information as needed.

When will I get my sample?
You can expect to receive your sample 1-2 weeks after you have requested it.

Our Customer Support team is available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific and will respond within 48 hours. Please email us at samplesquad@popsugar.com.
